HOMEOWNERS
PUSH Ministry Inc. has Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) funds available to help income-eligible homeowners fix up their homes. The program will assist eligible homeowners with improving the condition and safety of their homes.

All escrow/loan fees are paid from assistance
Rehabilitation can include repairs to bathrooms and kitchens, the installation of code compliant smoke detectors, insulation, painting, accessibility, and the repair or replacement of roofs, floors, ceilings, walls, windows, cabinetry, doors, handrails, banisters, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, wells, septic tanks, and other work approved the program staff.
Requirements:

Property must be located in Metropolitan Atlanta

Property must be a Single Family Home, Modular Unit on Permanent Foundation, or Manufactured Home.

Property owner must be willing to sign a lien equal to the amount of the assistance that is provided.

CONTRACTORS
The Home Rehabilitation Program provides opportunities for contractors to bid on our renovation projects. Contractors will be hired to provide various services including grading, concrete, framing, roofing, plumbing, electricity, energy certified HVAC, flooring, siding, insulation, drywall/sheetrock and interior trim. PUSH Ministry HOME Rehabilitation Program is an Equal Employment Opportunity. All contractors are subject to the policies and procedures manual.
