PUSH Ministry's A.R.C.H. (Acquire, Renovate, Community Housing) Program, is committed to making affordable housing solutions a reality for everyone! We are proud to offer innovative, net-zero solutions that will help transform distressed, value-add multifamily and single-family homes in Qualified Opportunity Zones.

Our approach is simple yet effective: we acquire distressed properties and land, then leverage our GC license to renovate, repurpose or build new, updated homes for housing choice voucher recipients. By partnering with organizations like the Public Housing Authority, we're able to place residents who are on the waitlist for housing vouchers into beautiful and affordable homes that meet their needs.

The A.R.C.H. Strategy
ACQUIRE
Our strategy is to acquire distressed value-add multifamily and single-family homes and land located in metro Atlanta Opportunity Zones. This usually includes communities suffering from disinvestment that have an immense amount of potential and opportunity due to upcoming developments. We negotiate a fair purchase price with the seller and express that our 501c3 will be the purchaser, which allows for flexibility in acquisition terms and costs.
RENOVATE
The goal of our strategy is to use our GC license to repair multifamily and single-family properties with all-new HVAC, plumbing, finishes, landscaping, security, and energy-efficient, electric systems reaching net zero carbon emissions.
Once all of the work is completed, the team will conduct a final inspection to ensure that all of the systems are up to code and functioning properly.
COMMUNITY HOUSING
The Atlanta Housing Authority estimates that there are currently around 14,000 people in the city who are in need of housing choice voucher assistance, making this a major issue for the city's public housing system. To meet this need, multifamily and single-family property and land acquisition strategies are implemented to provide housing choice vouchers to those in need.
First, multifamily properties are used to house individuals or families who need immediate housing. This serves as a short-term solution for those in need of immediate assistance.

Second, single-family properties are used to provide long-term housing assistance. This could include a single-family home, duplex, or other types of property, and provides a more stable, permanent housing option for those in need.

Lastly, land development is used to build new, single, or multifamily units for individuals in need of future housing solutions.
PUSH Ministry in partnership with property management services maintains the properties and provides the necessary services for those living there.

By increasing housing choices and improving the quality of the property, the cost of living for those on the waitlist is drastically reduced. The residents are then able to utilize housing choice vouchers to cover their rent and other expenses, ensuring that they can live comfortably in a safe environment and contribute to the local economy.
